Business Culture & Etiquette Class
One country's business practices are very different from the other country's business practices. To better understand your business partners and to avoid cross-cultural misunderstandings, it is essential to learn the basics about your partner or counterpart's business culture. WE Cultural Exchange Institute's Business Culture & Etiquette classes cover topics such as building business relationships, social ranks, gift-giving, banquet protocols, and survival language skills. Our workshops also provide context for understanding the unique way that Chinese conduct business. All of our workshops can be customized for content and duration to meet individual or company's needs.
We currently offer culture and etiquette of the following countries and areas: the United States, China, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, and more.
WE Cultural Exchange Institute's Business Culture & Etiquette Class is customized to fulfill individual students' or companies' language and culture study goals. Our instructors are all native speakers with excellent credentials and many years of tutoring experience. In addition to their language skills, each of the instructors has many years of professional and business practice experience.
Customized classes are booked in blocks of a minimum of 10 hours to begin. Price varies according to the number of students in each group. A paid trial lesson is also available upon request. Members have exclusive discounts and one complimentary trial lesson.

Please note that we have a 24 hours cancellation policy for all custom classes (online and in-person). Should you need to reschedule or cancel a class, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance, so our teachers can allocate their time accordingly. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a cancellation fee of $25.
